What a brilliant company. Filip answered my call at gone 9pm last night after we were freaking out about a sudden repeated pressure loss in our boiler. He was able to accurately narrow down the possible causes rapidly over the phone, then suggested he attend the next morning after visiting the plumbers merchant so he had all the necessary parts with him already. He managed to sort things our for us really quickly. We are so grateful. Efficient, effective, thoughtful and customer focused service which we highly recommend.

I had an emergency pipe leak on a Sunday night, it took them an 1hr 20mins to get to my flat and 5 minutes to replace a pvc fitting. I was charged £69 for the call out, £245 for an hour, a £62.80 admin fee and 20% VAT. Totalling £452.16

Was lucky to find 24-7 Emergency Plumbing, as I had another plumber cancel on me an hour before the arranged time. Admir arrived 2 hours earlier than planned as it was an urgent job needed. Admir did a quick and clean job replacing an old, very leaky tap. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and gave some advice to keep things in tip top shape too. Highly recommend.

We had new radiators installed just over a year ago and despite having the installer back many times several of the radiators were often cold. I called Son and he spent some time investigating the problem and rebalanced all the radiators so that all were providing heat. He made recommendations to further improve the heat output. I am only sorry that we did not use AS Plumbing and Gas Ltd and Son for the original works. Great company with a genuine approach to customer service. I would highly recommend and will use them again.

I needed some gas boiler repairs. This is the second time I have used AS Plumbing and Gas in the last 2 months, both times they have been excellent. When they visited they let me know what the fault is, explained how to fix it and kept me updated all the way through the work. Both times they were able to attend at very short notice.
