Will definitely recommend and will use again Made a real difference to be able to get help and advice face to face rather than taking a chance and ordering something on line

I was looking for a tap valve (I think that's what it's called lol) I had been to a few other plumbers merchants and asked if they had a replacement... read more one as mine had broken off. The two other shops were telling me I should buy a new tap set but I didn't want to ask there was no need too. I was adamant to stick with my guns and try and find a shop that I could buy the valve set from. I looked up plumbers merchants in enfield A&R popped up and had really good reviews. I called them up and explained the situation to him he was very polite and told me to bring the valve in and he will find the replacement one I was looking for. I went in today and he was very polite and extremely helpful showing me the right valve to get for my tap. Excellent customer service and I will definitely be going back there and recommending your business to friends and family.
