I was extremely impressed by the service provided, from initially contacting Lee (the plumber) to the installation of boiler. Lee was recommended to me by a friend. When I called him, he came round promptly and discussed my options with me and highlighted the complications with my particular case. He was very proactive in seeking solutions to get around the issue, one of the solutions being viewing the property of a neighbour who had been in a similar predicament, to establish the best way to resolve the issue. As myself and Lee have busy schedules, it was always going to be difficult allocating a time to complete the work. Highly recommend! Have used on a couple of occasions. The first they came out quickly, found the problem, went to get parts and fixed the same day for a very reasonable price. Second occasion Steve found and fixed a leaky toilet and didn’t even charge for doing so. Wouldn’t use anyone else!

Dishwasher installed in kitchen, new plumbing done to move washing machine in conservatory and 2 taps replaced (kitchen & bathroom). Kept to agreed date, turned up on time and price as quoted with all parts required provided. Highly recommend Steve.
