I was extremely impressed by the service provided, from initially contacting Lee (the plumber) to the installation of boiler. Lee was recommended to me by a friend. When I called him, he came round promptly and discussed my options with me and highlighted the complications with my particular case. He was very proactive in seeking solutions to get around the issue, one of the solutions being viewing the property of a neighbour who had been in a similar predicament, to establish the best way to resolve the issue. As myself and Lee have busy schedules, it was always going to be difficult allocating a time to complete the work. However, he was contactable on the phone every single time I called him and in instances where I was busy, he would contact me to update me and would provide flexibility regarding my schedule.
