Really pleased I made the effort to go over to SPS's Polegate showroom. There's a big display of very tempting bathroom suites and radiators and lots of help deciding on what to include. The 3D visualisations made it very easy to test layouts and different items and the completed installation really did look like the final computer images.

We're delighted with our new bathroom. Very helpful, friendly (and patient!) team at the polegate showroom. Excellent product ranges and the free 3d plans were very helpful. You just can't beat good local service from start to finish. Very highly recommend.

Steve from Proactive Plumbing and Building Services was fantastic, I moved into a house recently that needed some TLC and he got the ancient radiators working efficiently again, fixed lights, refitted my shower, hung mirrors and curtain rails, cleared the guttering and basically turned his hand to anything. He was very polite and respectful and lived up to his name of being proactive! Definitely recommended!

We returned home from a few days away to find our heating was not working during a particularly chilly spell. I ascertained that it was the heating pump that was not working and rang them. They arrived within an hour as promised and replaced the pump within a matter of minutes. They were exceptionally polite, courteous and tidy. It was first class service and I would have no hesitation in using the again.
