Superb service. It was an emergency, no heating / hot water on Sunday afternoon. Sean attended very promptly Monday morning as agreed. Diagnosed the fault very quickly. New parts were required and not available locally. Sean arranged their procurement and managed to fit them on Tuesday. Sean is very capable and keeps his promises. His work was first class and very neat and tidy. 100% recommend him.

I saw Sean at a neighbours house just after discovering our boiler had failed. Despite it being early evening he finished up there and came to us, replacing the failed thermocouple with one from his van. He then spotted a potentially dangerous fault that was unrelated to the initial problem just through his diligence ensure that we were back up and running efficiently. Rather than shutting us down again and leaving us without heating he worked on to correct the fault and promised a follow up appointment at his earliest availability to provide a final rectification.
