Superb service and quality work. The engineer sent took the time to discuss the install of gas fitting for our cooker. This meant the install would be much easier and neater. A perfect example of a professional taking the time to complete the work to the highest standard even if it wasn’t the simplest solution for him.

Well what can I say? ‘Absolutely Brilliant ‘ might cover it. Our boiler broke down on Saturday morning so we were without heating and hot water. Late on Sunday I left a message on Pentland Plumbing’s website. Just after 7am on the Monday (today) I received a reply asking if we were up and could someone call straight away as he had the required sensor on the van. Sure enough Keith was with us at 7-20 and was very efficient and the boiler was fixed in about 20 minutes. I would highly recommend Pentland Plumbing. We are now booking our annual boiler service with them.
