Very quick to respond to my request to come out and fix a permanently leaking set of taps and a toilet which was broken in my hotel. Worked fast and professionally, best of all, left the place clean when he was finished (often not the case with the plumbers I've used in the past). We rang you at 11 o’clock this morning, and you rang straight back with a time to be with us and here you were, in SP3 on the dot of 3.30 pm WITH the correct part and had it installed and tested within 45 minutes! The local company we rang originally who made us wait 10 days, only to ring us this morning, the day of our appointment, to tell us they didn’t have the part (a replacement Zanussi oven element)! The day my husband booked them he was asked for the model numbers of our equipment. He rang back with exact model number, yet for reasons we fail to understand didn’t think to check that in advance! They apparently only do that on the day of the call-out! Yet you had the part (and since told us you could have had it in 2 days if you hadn’t). Tony followed up our initial enquiry very quickly and gave us a competitive quote for a new boiler. Our installation was completed within Tony's quoted time and the bill matched the estimate given. Tony had to position the new boiler according to the plans for our new kitchen. The job was done to a very high standard, everything very tidy and of course the boiler was positioned in the right place so the kitchen fitter had no problems when it was his time to step in. Tony is very punctual, courteous and a very tidy worker. We would highly recommend Tony to anyone. In fact we were so satisfied with the quality of his work we booked him again a couple of months later to install a new boiler at my mother's property. We will definitely use his services again.

My elderly relatives had the heating element fail in the immersion tank including back up - 5 days before Christmas! The guys that turned up did a fantastic job draining down the tank and replacing the faulty elements.
