Excellent Service “Nightmare: called out an engineer due to leak from unidentified pipework under the kitchen sink, leaking into the flat below, left keys with neighbour two streets away because I had to take the kids to school and go to work. They picked up the keys, found and repaired the leaking pipe, tidied up after them and drop the keys back to my neighbour. Brilliant Company “Very reliable service, I called this company to arrange some plumbing work on behalf of my dad because unfortunately he’s too old and confused to make the arrangements himself. I filled out all of the details they required on the phone via text, then they sent me a text confirming the appointment, two days later they sent me a text saying that they were on their way, I got another text saying that they had arrived, and one to say the job was complete. Marvin was really helpful and thorough. He came to cap the gas hob as we’re getting a new kitchen worktop but he noticed the wiring into the oven was quite short and would make it difficult for the fitters. So he added some extra wire and tidied it up. Charged us a really good price to sort on top of the original job. Would recommend.

Marvin transformed a large garden which had been neglected since the 1980s. His team comprised an electrican to remove the trailing wires, tilers to lay new concrete tiling and builders to demolish the old conservatory and build a children's play area. The work was finished both on time and on budget. All of the men were timely and courteous. All rubbish had to be carried through the house and not a single speck of dirt was left. Outstanding service!

Marvin came to fit new cooker connection. He walked me through everything that he needed to do, explaining why as he went. So glad he did as he found a gas leak on the old back boiler. Marvin tried to fix the problem but access to the boiler is virtually impossible. Asked straight away for a quote for new boiler and heating system, I was that impressed with the way Marvin was so professional.

We had new radiators installed just over a year ago and despite having the installer back many times several of the radiators were often cold. I called Son and he spent some time investigating the problem and rebalanced all the radiators so that all were providing heat. He made recommendations to further improve the heat output. I am only sorry that we did not use AS Plumbing and Gas Ltd and Son for the original works. Great company with a genuine approach to customer service.
