An excellent service over a holiday period. "Danny has just provided me with an exceptionally outstanding service. We arrived home the Saturday after Christmas to find our heating system had broken down. I found D.M.B Plumbing & Heating's details by searching the internet and contacted Danny to ask if he could help. As it was a holiday weekend, the most I expected was that he could help me on the Monday. However, he visited me the next day, a Sunday, and identified an electrical fault with the supply circuit and arranged for an electrician to visit me the next day. After the fault was identified and rectified, Danny returned the same day (i.e. New Years Eve) with a spare part for the burner and repaired the boiler. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to any of my friends - saved the day, great guy "Had an emergency, water pouring through the ceiling, flooding the downstairs. Called Danny almost out of hours, got his mobile number off his landline answerphone message and got through to him. He was at another job but gave me a time when he would be with me and he was true to his word. I was terrified at the thought of having to have a new boiler and oil tank. Adam, Sam and Dan, what a fantastic team. From the initial visit from Adam to his careful checking of the work at the end, everything was completed with professionalism and competence. Nothing was too much trouble, even when I asked for extras. The job involved moving the boiler from the kitchen to the utility room, so appliances had to be temporarily moved. All the move was done by them. There was no mess, because after each part of the work, the team cleaned up. Adam also had to replace my oil tank which involved garden work. People didn’t realise the amount of work which had been carried out when they visited.
