Mike very kindly came a fair distance after normal hours when I had a leak flooding my cloakroom - I had rung others who said they could not come so I was really grateful. Mike turned out not only to be a nice guy but a good plumber. He quickly isolated the problem and got things under control. He was not able to finish the job that evening due to requiring a new basin tap, he offered to leave it capped off so I could get someone else to fit it, but I preferred for him to do it, so he returned the next day with a new tap and completed the job. The work was well done and at what seemed a fair price given the emergency call out and needing to drive out again the next day. I would definitely recommend Three Counties and in fact I am going to book a boiler service through them.

Andy recently rescued our bathroom from total collapse - replacing the bath & shower that our original builders had installed very poorly 17 years ago. Despite the very bespoke nature of the job and the need to problem solve his way around the carnage of rotten floorboards & plasterboard, Andy provided a great service. I write this appraisal of Westdale Plumbing after they have just completed their second project for us. The first one was 2 years ago, when they refurbished our cloakroom. We chose Westdale Plumbing because they listened to what we wanted, rather than having a pre-conceived idea of what was in vogue. The cloakroom has been lovely, the best room in our house for a while! So recently when we committed to having our family bathroom gutted, we had no hesitation in contacting Chris at Westdale Plumbing again. They did the whole job - stripped off the old tiles, skimmed the ceiling, strengthened the floor, took out the old boxing and make it smaller and neater, fitted extractor fan, new shower and towel radiator. Then they started on the work you envisage -fitting the new bathroom suite, re-tiling the walls and finishing it all to a very high standard, we are very pleased with the whole room. Chris has a very good eye for detail, he has helpful suggestions and he listens to your concerns. He has a very good team - a brilliant tiler, a useful electrician, a smooth plasterer and he co-ordinates all their timings and they all work in a respectful clean and tidy manner. I never came home to any mess. I do not hesitate in recommending Chris Cooper at Westdale Plumbing. He is totally trustworthy and as good as his word.
