Alex attended after about half an hour after an emergency call after 5pm on a Sunday. He was professional, friendly and charged what was stated on the call. Great company and will 100% be using him in the future.

I needed a new mixer tap fitted for my shower. After seeing good reviews about Alex on local social media pages I decided to get him round to quote. Martin came round to fit a new external boiler for us… Extremely knowledgable, tidy and had to put his back into it (the boiler was 200kg!!!!!) Everything was done in the time he estimated and to a high standard too. He’s a good lad, and very professional. If we need anything else doing, we will be calling him first.Highly recommended.

Martin is a well-qualified and experienced plumber. He fitted a condensing boiler in my kitchen and did a very good job. He is helpful and was willing to consider my requests. He turned up on time was meticulous in his work and didn’t waste any time. He accepted the odd cup of tea or coffee but this was quickly consumed and he was back to his work. Richard ws very efficient in his communications and his work ethic. He gave a genuine assessment of what could be wrong with the shower but recommended that I should just replace it as it'd be cheaper in the long run. He was available that same week and arrived on time and the work took 2 hours as he estimated. The final price was as his quoted price. He was very courteous and professional at all times. I had a leak appear behind my built in toilet and didn’t know how to access behind the toilet itself to identify what was going on. I contacted Richard and he was able to come out and diagnose the issue the same day, which was fantastic. He was professional, tiny and efficient. Richard was able to stop the leak immediately and then get replacement parts within a couple days at which point he returned and completed the job. Delighted I chose Richard for the job.
