We have an open and clear policy of showing exactly what we charge per hour and they are typical for the industry.Charges below are all based on normal business hours Monday – Friday between 9AM and 5PM. Pricing:Plumbing£70.00 per hour +VAT. The standard charge for plumbing repairs (minimum 1-hour charge applies per visit).Heating & Gas£70.00 per hour +VAT. The standard charge for boiler fault diagnosis and repairs, and gas leak repairs (minimum 1-hour charge applies per visit).Gas Safety Certificate£70.00 +VAT. Based on testing 3 domestic appliances, any further testing would be charged at £25.00 +VAT per appliance.Gas Boiler£70.00 +VAT. Does not cover any additional work or repairs that may be required, these would be quoted for by the engineer and would be charged at the standard applicable hourly rate on top of the original charge.Out Of Ours (5pm-10pm)Plumbing, heating and gas charges for repairs during these times are £100.00 per hour +VAT (a minimum 1-hour charge applies per visit). Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays will be charged as above £100.00 +VAT per hour between 8am and 10pm (Minimum 1-hour charge applies per visit).Emergency (10pm - 8am)The standard charge for all call-outs between the hours of 10pm – 8am Monday to Sunday is £150.00 per hour +VAT (1-hour min charge applies). This service is only offered for emergency work, we will aim to be with you in under 2 hours from receiving your call. This service only provides a basic make safe or repair if possible.All call-outs will incur a minimum 1-hour charge. Time spent at the site will be charged in 30-minute increments thereafter.
